Michelle Augustus – Chief Executive Officer
"With over 30 years of dedicated experience in Social Care and Housing, I am passionate about ensuring that vulnerable members of our community receive the support they need through accessible and compassionate housing and support services. My career has been driven by a deep commitment to social justice and a belief in the power of stable housing to transform lives.
Outside of work, I find joy in the world of musicals, Bugsy Malone and The King and I are among my all-time favourites. To unwind, there's nothing better than a good book and a glass of red wine to round off the week."
Ellie Brown – Tenancy Services Officer
Ellie Brown is a committed housing professional with a strong background in delivering support to vulnerable women, children, and families. As a Tenancy Services Officer at Home from Home, she works closely with residents to sustain tenancies and ensure high-quality housing services.
Ellie is passionate about providing caring, culturally sensitive support that helps tenants feel safe, respected, and empowered in their homes.
Melanie Caton-Greasley – Tenancy Services Officer
Melanie is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with several years of experience in a housing officer role.
She began her career as a Voluntary Housing Officer at Home From Home and now works part-time as a Tenancy Services Officer. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day management and support of residents, handling tenancy issues, reporting repairs, and providing advice and signposting tenants to relevant agencies. Her commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both tenants and colleagues is evident in her work.
Melanie enjoys the variety her role offers and takes pride in working collaboratively with customers to resolve their issues.
Tony Devuletian – Finance & Resources Officer
Tony Devuletian is a part-qualified accountant with over 25 years of experience in finance and office management.
Throughout his career, he has worked primarily with charitable organisations in the voluntary sector, bringing extensive knowledge and a strong commitment to responsible financial stewardship.
