Our Properties

Home from Home manages a range of supported and general needs housing:

  • 15 Supported Housing Properties – Primarily mother-and-baby units with ongoing advice and support, including help with benefits and tenancy sustainment.

  • 12 Managed Properties – Managed on behalf of other local housing associations for general needs tenants.

  • 25 General Needs Properties – Mainly located in Newham, with some stock also in areas such as Waltham Forest.
